Private Group Tours accommodate groups of 10 or more guests and follow the same format as public tours.
For Private Tour Tickets purchased within 14 days of the event date:
•Full payment made by credit card is required immediately to hold specific time slot(s), date and tour guide(s)
For Private Tour Tickets purchased 15+ days prior to the event date:
• A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to hold the specific time slot(s), date and tour guide(s). A deposit made by credit card will hold the date immediately. The remaining balance (non-refundable) is due 14 days prior to the tour.
•Once purchased, all tickets and payments are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled; this includes no-shows or cancellations.
•Group tours are sold on a flat-fee basis.
•There is no sales tax.
•No refunds given for no-shows.
•A $35 service fee is charged for returned checks.
The above costs are basic tour rates not including alcohol unless specified on the specific tour.
Private Food & Drink Tours in Historic Downtown Las Vegas
Be it a corporate team building event or a social gathering for 10 or 20 people, we create fun and unique bonding experiences for your group while you nosh and sip your way through Downtown Las Vegas.
All logistical and tour details will be agreed upon ahead of time by the private group tour organizer and Vegas Valley Food Tours
Adolescent and/or Children tickets are not available for Private or Custom Group Tours.
Transportation is not provided; however, a list of transportation options can be provided
Tasting locations and duration will match the tours offered to the public.
Private group tour are the same as Public Tours, unless otherwise agreed. Expect plenty of delicious food and learning interesting facts about it, getting to know the history and culture of Las Vegas off beaten iconic districts and feeling the vibes of local day to day life.
Our professional guides share an entertaining variety of history and architectural facts in addition to the food tastings making it a perfect experience for all types.
All tours provided by Vegas Valley Food Tours can be reserved for a private group tour depending on availability.
Vegas Valley Food Tours does not offer tours on major holidays.

Food is provided by ethnic eateries, specialty food shops and local restaurants. A list of the food tasting locations can be found when you select the specific tour product.
Our Downtown Las Vegas Foodie Tour serves enough food to be equivalent to a hearty lunch (for most people) that will not leave you hungry. With the combination of 6+ food and drink tasting locations in addition to built in breaks for cultural, historical and architectural insight along the way, most participants are comfortably full after our food tours.
The Vintage Vegas Polaroid Picture & Food Tour offers 3 tasting locations (ample dinner for most guests).
The Arts District “Meet Up to Eat Up” Food Tour also serves enough food to be equivalent to a hearty lunch (for most people) that will not leave you hungry. With the combination of 5+ food and drink tasting locations in addition to built in breaks for cultural, historical and architectural insight along the way, most participants are comfortably full after our food tours.
Please understand our food tours are not intended to replace breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner combined, so please consider eating a light breakfast before or eating dinner after the tour.
The PRIMARY difference between the Downtown Las Vegas Foodie Tour and the Vintage Vegas Polaroid Picture & Food Tour is the time of day the tours are offered, types of tasting locations that are selected, and the incorporation of a instant camera for the Vintage Vegas Polaroid Picture & Food Tour.
The Downtown Las Vegas Foodie Tour was designed to support small business owners in the downtown community and offers a variety of tasting locations from first time business, mom & pop shops, and family run businesses. On this tour, you will see the exterior of Zappos and visit Container Park.
The Vintage Vegas Polaroid Picture & Food Tour offers tasting locations that are a bit more upscale. This tour includes 3 tasting locations at some of the most exclusive restaurants in all of downtown. This tour will provide a Polaroid camera & film for use during the tour.
Geographically, they are in the same neighborhood.
The Arts District “Meet Up to Eat Up” Food Tour is also in downtown; however, completely away from the touristy hot spots near the Fremont East District. The Arts District is a community of artist and locals. The Arts District “Meet Up to Eat Up” Food Tour has the most walking of all the tours we offer covering about 1 mile.
All tours offer historical, architectural, and community information.
At this time, we ARE NOT able to offer a tour for more than 20 guests during any one tour. The logistics of moving guests through several tasting locations does not allow us to offer tours to larger groups.
We CAN book multiple tours in the same day (a few hours apart) or offer tours to the same group on different days.
At this time, we do not participate in wine, beer or alcohol tastings on any of the tour offered though Vegas Valley Food Tours .
Guests (21 & over) can order their drinks (at their cost) where available.
Private Groups can include alcohol as an option at their own cost. This options will be confirmed during the booking process.
