13 Foods Worth Traveling Around the World to Eat!

Posted on May 5, 2016 |

According to the US Travel Association, travelers in the U.S. averaged $2.6 billion a day on travel related expenses. Approximately 79% or 4 out of 5 domestic trips are taken for leisure. While some travel for adventure, visiting relatives, or relaxation, I travel to eat and I am not alone.
With the popularity of shows like the up and coming show F*ck That’s Delicious on Viceland, I saw the “Can’t Forget Paris” episode where rapper and former chef Action Bronson described a burger with such energy and passion, I wanted to get on the next plane to Paris to try a veggie burger!
More and more, food is shaping travel plans of foodies around the world. When you travel to eat, there are so many options. I wanted to help you know where to go and most importantly what to eat when you get there. So I asked the owners of well-respected food tours around the world what foods are worth travelling around the world to eat and here are the results.
